Artist Bio
Leslie Lefferdink is a contemporary artist based in Lakewood, Colorado whose work explores emotion, memory, and human connection through monotype and collage.
She earned a BFA in Printmaking from Colorado State University and, after a 31-year career at National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Leslie devoted herself more deeply to printmaking and works on paper.
Her abstract works on paper combine layered forms, intuitive composition, and delicate mark-making. Her work has been exhibited throughout Colorado, is held in private collections, and includes the monoprint series Breath Is Life, permanently displayed at National Jewish Health.
Leslie also serves on the board of the Women’s Caucus for Art Colorado Chapter, supporting exhibitions and opportunities for women artists across the state.
